Richard is one of the leading commercial property sales and leasing agents in the inner-north of Melbourne, having worked in the area for over twenty years. He has negotiated hundreds of commercial sales and leasing transactions from small holdings to large development sites, achieving some of the highest square metre rates for sales in the area.
